Life can be hard, but if it isn’t, then you haven’t learned the lesson.

This is my inner dialogue and I find comfort in it because hardship means that you have loved. For there is a yin to every yang as love comes hand in hand with loss, as joy does with sorrow, and peace with its anger. Without hardship, there would be no love… there would be no life.
